With 50 Cent recently joining the list of deadbeat celebrity dads because of his text rant to his son, Marquis, we decided to update it for you.

1. 50 Cent

We were disgusted when the texts between 50 and his son hit the internet. 50 disowned his son and even took the time to rework his will, excluding his 16-year-old son.

2. Laurence Fishburne

Laurence’s daughter, Montana has always made an infamous name for herself, often comparing herself to the next Kim Kardashian–using the porn world to catapult her into the fame she thinks she deserves. It’s been reported that Fishburne has cut ties with his daughter because of her career choice.

3. Mike Epps

Who would have ever thought that the funny man with a seemingly heart of gold had it in him to completely snap on his child? Well, when Mike appeared on the “Wendy Williams Show” a few years back, he neglected to mention any of his other kids outside of the two he shares with his wife, Michelle. That rubbed his daughter, Bria the wrong way and she reached out to her father and the result, was a rant bigger than any Mel Gibson rant ever heard!

4. Joe Jackson

Perhaps one of the worst celebrity fathers in the history of fathers, Joe Jackson takes the deadbeat dads cake. From beating his kids into fame to his lame attempt to capitalize on Micheal’s untimely death, Joe’s hunger for fame is disgusting and it’s not wonder his kids avoid him. Remember how he showed up at the BET Awards three days after Michael died, promoting his book?

“He’s still a mystery man to me and he may always be one,” Michael Jackson once wrote about his famously turbulent relationship with his father. “If you messed up you got hit, sometimes with a switch, sometimes with a belt. Dad would make me so mad at him that I’d try to get back at him and get beaten all the more.”

5. Micheal Lohan

This man has attended the School Of Joe Jackson. When he’s not trying to make money from Lindsay’s fame, Micheal Lohan is busy calling the cops to her house and embarrassing her via interviews. It’s gotten so bad between the two that there have been requests for restraining orders against Micheal.

6. Karl Malone

Demetrius Bell isn’t Karl Malone’s only child out of wedlock, however, he is the most vocal. “I grew up around good people,” Bell said. “I never turned to a father figure. I was lucky. I didn’t need one. I’m happy. I don’t need anything else.” We wonder if Malone fathers any of his other children?

7. Mathew Knowles

Even though Beyonce only fired her father on a professional level, reports claim that the two still share a close father/daughter bond. However, Beyonce and Solange did not show up at her father’s recent nuptials to Bey’s new stepmom, Gena Avery. A wedding is one of the most special days in anyone’s life and Knowles’ girls didn’t show up to support their father. It’s even been rumored that Mathew doesn’t have a relationship with Beyonce’s first born, Blue Ivy, either.

8. Antonio Cromartie

Nine kids, eight women. Cromartie is a busy man. Outside of his career as a Jets cornerback is the type that will commit to paying $50/week to help out one of his children, subsequently not pay and arrive in a brand new Escalade to pick them up. Shameful.
