The Hip-Hop world is reeling due to the unexpected passing of Malik B. But one person certainly more pointedly feeling the pain of the fallen MC leaving this Earth too soon is his friend and fellow Roots founding member Black Thought.

Zoe Kravitz, daughter of Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz, and Oscar nominee Gabourey Sidibe star in Victoria Mahoney’s upcoming independent film, Yelling To The Sky. The film also stars Marc John Jeffries and Tariq “Black Thought” Trotter of The Roots.

Ghostface Killah’s ninth proper album, Apollo Kids, hits stores on December 14th and is certain to be another solid entry into the Wu-Tang Clan member’s discography.
