Royce, Kesha, & Jennifer Fired From 'Basketball Wives'
3 Women Fired From “Basketball Wives”
A few former basketball stars can breathe a little easier. Three cast members of Basketball Wives have been fired from the show.
There rumors swirling that the reality show’s executive producer Shaunie O’Neal was going to be cleaning house, but no names were given at the time. The identities of the ladies who won’t be returning to Basketball Wives have finally been revealed. Royce Reed, Jennifer Williams, and Kesha Nichols are going to be replaced on the upcoming season of the show. As of now, the names of the women replacing the old cast members have yet to be announced.

Basketball Wives producers believe Kesha, Royce, and Jennifer are the dead weight of the show and will formally give them their pink slips in the coming days. Royce Reed was cut from the show because she is legally barred from talking about her ex-boyfriend Dwight Howard due to a 2009 gag order she’s been unsuccessfully attempting to have lifted. Jennifer Williams was fired because of the lawsuit she brought against Nia Crooks, who is Evelyn Lozada’s assistant, for slapping her in the face. Kesha caught the fade for just being…well, boring.
A representative for VH1 responded to inquiries about the cast switch up with, “We don’t comment on casting until everything is final. Thanks for checking in.”
Although cutting those three is probably the best for ratings, I think we’re all tired of the meet-up-and-fight-then -meet-up-to-talk-about-the-fight thing. We’re on to the next!
