Cardi B Demands Offset Sign Divorce Papers After Heated Argument on Social Media, Offset Questions Her Motherhood

Cardi B and Offset’s brief reconciliation during his birthday weekend came to an abrupt end this week with a public feud on social media. The drama began when Offset took to X (formerly Twitter), accusing Cardi of manipulating her fanbase with victim narratives about their divorce. He posted, “Stop lying for these strangers, twin. I can no longer look the way u got me looking for these ppl,” criticizing Cardi for portraying him as the villain while presenting herself as the victim.

Offset also criticized Cardi’s focus on other men instead of her music, writing, “Focus on your album, not another guy’s schlong.” He urged her to get back to work rather than playing into the narrative she was creating. Cardi responded by demanding Offset sign the divorce papers, telling him to “unchain” her after seven years of marriage.

In a follow-up tweet, Offset offered to sign the divorce papers if Cardi agreed to joint custody of their children, saying, “When you let me have joint custody of the kids, I’ll John Hancock the legal docs.” He also took a dig at Cardi’s partying lifestyle, claiming she looked “burnt out” from spending too much time in clubs. This might have been a reference to a recent altercation Cardi had with a troll outside a Miami strip club, though it’s unclear if that incident specifically inspired his comment.

Things escalated further when a video from Offset’s birthday party went viral. The clip showed Cardi dancing while Offset appeared to be watching her from the background. Fans accused him of stalking her, and in response, Offset posted a photo on X showing him taking pictures of Cardi. He wrote, “Groupie it’s a whole video u had me take.
