A little while ago, Nelly was under fire after a woman in Seattle accused him of rape. Nelly was briefly taken into custody, but denied allegations immediately as he cooperated with the investigation. Weeks later, the charges were dropped, because the accuser claims she couldn’t withstand the very public mudslinging that comes with accusing someone of rape.
