Black Tony has been MIA according to Rickey Smiley, but that is because he was in MIA. Black Tony told Rickey he ordered bottled service which included VSOP and told King of Diamonds that Da Brat and Rickey were coming to pay for it. According to Rickey he’s not paying up.
