Roland Martin On What Hurricane Katrina Exposed In New Orleans [EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW]
This weekend will mark the 1o-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and even with more than $120 billion going towards rebuilding, Roland Martin tells us it’s not all roses.
“What Katrina exposed was massive inequality,” Martin said. “Divisions when it comes race, class and a lot of that still exists.”
Martin further discusses some of the progress that has been made in New Orleans and how to continue to make progress.
In addition, Martin talks about the 2016 presidential election and reveals his predictions on who he thinks will go head-to-head in this exclusive interview on “The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.”
