Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Erica Dixon was so scared that her baby daddy Lil Scrappy might assault her that she headed to court and obtained a restraining order against the rapper …. and he has been ordered to stay away from her or he’ll be thrown in jail.

Dixon filed the petition for a restraining order against Lil Scrappy aka Darryl Richardson on July 20th in Georgia Court. She pleaded with the court to grant her a temporary protective order against the rapper claiming he committed family violence – either against her or their daughter – and the court reviewed her allegations earlier this month.

The judge decided that Dixon had provided enough evidence to grant her the temporary TRO until a hearing next month – to determine if the TRO will become permanent.

The order prohibits Scrappy from coming anywhere near Dixon, and if he does then he will be headed to jail. According to reports, Scrappy was served with the protective order court documents on July 22nd and will appear in court on August 12th to defend himself.

Scrappy had previously posted a message to his Instagram page saying that Erica was keeping their daughter from him out of spite, but anyone who has watched them on Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta knows that it’s definitely not that simple. Dixon is currently in the midst of suing Scrappy for child support, and their child custody battle is also heating up.
