Mathew Knowles Remarries & Beyonce Gains A Stepmom
Beyonce’s father and former manager took a trip down the aisle last Sunday. After a year and a half engagement, 61-year-old Mathew Knowles married 48-year-old realtor Gena Charmaine Avery in an intimate Houston ceremony that did not include Beyonce or his youngest daughter Solange.

“Unfortunately, Beyonce and Solange had previous engagements which made it impossible for them to attend,” Mathew said in a statement. (We wonder if this is true or if the girls just still haven’t forgiven him for cheating on their mother!)
After 29 years of marriage, Mathew and Tina Knowles separated in 2009. Their divorce became final in 2011, one year after Mathew fathered a love child with aspiring actress Alexsandra Wright. (SMH)
Nonetheless, we wish Mr. Knowles the best of luck with his new marriage and hopefully he can actually be faithful this time.
