The family of Anatoly Veltman, Jr., is suing former teacher Milton Parker for $5M for punching the autistic boy in the face and traumatizing him. Parker claims it was a "reflex" that made him punch his 11-year-old student inside the cafeteria of PS 225 in Brooklyn.
