The little bundle of joy is incubating in a surrogate, however, since Kim’s complicated pregnancy history makes carrying another child a huge risk. Ed Lover has been entertaining the idea that their surrogate might pop the baby out with some characteristics from her, rather than solely Kim & Kanye’s DNA passing on.
