Television icon Alan Thicke has reportedly died after suffering a heart attack while playing hockey with his 19-year-old son, Carter.

After feeling tightness in his chest and vomiting, Thicke was transported to Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.

The Growing Pains star is survived by his three sons, Carter, Brennan, and musician Robin Thicke, as well as his wife Tanya.

Along with a successful acting career, Thicke was also a prominent musician, writing the theme songs for Growing PainsDiff’rent Strokes, and Wheel of Fortune.

He most recently appeared on Netflix’s Fuller House.

Alan was 69.
