The reality star feels like Taylor Swiftis one of those who publicly bash Kanye West, just to make herself look better. According to Kim, Taylor’s beef with ‘Ye over his controversial “Famous” lyric is false because she approved the lyric about her in his new song before he released it.
In a new KUWTK promo, Kim told Kourtney, “I’m just speaking the truth. He called her, spoke to her. She even helped him rewrite (lyrics).” Ironically enough, Taylor’s camp tell a different story, saying that she warned him not to release it.
Kim continued, “I just felt like I wanted to defend him in it because it’s like, she legitimately quote says, ‘As soon as I get on that Grammy red carpet I’m gonna tell all the press. Like I was in on it.” When Kourtney asks if Taylor changed her mind after seeing the public’s mostly negative reaction to West’s lyrics, Kim replies, “just another way to play the victim.”
