Howard was in L.A. County Superior Court today to deal with his exceptionally nasty divorce from Michelle Ghent Howard … and was ordered to shell out more than $50,000 to hold her over until they hammer out a long-term arrangement.

Here’s the breakdown … the judge ruled that Michelle needs:
– $10k in temporary support for rent, food, etc.
– $20k so she can pay her lawyers
– $20k so she can pay her accountants
– and $1,800 per month for her Range Rover car payments

Terrence has to fork over the dough within 30 days.

As TMZ previously reported, Terrence HATES Michelle with a passion … claiming she often called him a “n**ger” … tried to extort him … and even threatened to have him killed by “The Russians.”

Michelle also HATES Terrence … and claims he violently assaulted her on numerous occasions since they tied the knot back in 2010.

Both sides are due back in court in 60 days. Bet they can’t wait.

Then there’s the rest of us — still successful, and still ready to cheat, according to adultery Web site Ashleymadison.com, which says the District is home to nearly 38,000 registered users. The site also named Washington the place with the highest per capita membership in its 13-million-strong user base.

“Simply put, the more successful you are, the more prone to cheating you are, and Washington is full of successful people looking for something outside their marriage,” said Noel Biderman, CEO of Avid Life Media, which owns Ashley Madison, in a statement.

Q: What was the methodology behind the rankings? What did you take into account when ranking cheating-friendly cities?

The cities were ranked on a total members-per-capita basis. We obtained the metro area population from WolframAlpha. The exception is Washington, D.C., where the calculations were based on the city population. We have 37,943 members in Washington, D.C.

Does being “successful” correlate with cheating in your experience? Why?

Yes, for two distinct reasons. First, most people who achieve a level of success do so from taking professional risks, that for the most part pay off, and this underlying personality trait may then lead these individuals to take personal risks as well.

Second, cheating is directly correlated to opportunity. The more successful you are the more you tend to travel for work and pleasure, and more often removed from your family, interacting with individuals with whom commonalities surface.

Leave it up to CM Punk to once again say what many of us have been thinking for a long time.

The vocal WWE Champion and Bucktown resident – who famously criticized WWE’s decision makers on live TV last June and blurred the line between scripted and unscripted — lashed out Monday at Chris Brown – who Punk clearly hasn’t forgiven for his 2009 assault of Rihanna.

“I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves,” Punk tweeted Monday. “Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania moment.”

Not one to shy away from a Twitter feud, Brown implied that Punk’s tweet was a publicity stunt. Brown also reminded us where we’re at in society when he resorted to criticizing Punk’s number of Twitter followers.

“@CMpunk needs more followers,” Brown tweeted Monday. “He’s such a leader! Not to mention the roids hes on has made it utterly impossible for him pleasure a women. … @CMpunk contact my assistant and I’ll have em send u an autographed pic for my biggest FAN!!!”

Clearly, Brown wasn’t very familiar with Punk — which Brown himself later admitted. If Brown were, he would have known that, when it comes to physiques, Punk is more Vinny than Ronnie. And he would be aware that Punk is a proud member of the Straight Edge lifestyle, which means he doesn’t use alcohol, drugs, pain killers or steroids. Punk even has “STRAIGHT EDGE” tattooed on his stomach and “DRUG” and “FREE” inked on his knuckles.

Punk would point out his Straight Edge lifestyle Tuesday in his video response to Brown, but there would be no yelling into the camera or Mene Gene Okerlund holding a microphone in this 1 minute and 52 seconds-long clip. It’s just Punk and his thoughts. Well, his thoughts, Miranda Lambert’s thoughts, Anderson Cooper’s thoughts and possibly Jay-Z’s thoughts but probably not Rosie O’Donnell’s thoughts or the Grammys thoughts.

“I don’t think Chris has paid for what he has done,” said Punk, who is no stranger to controversy or Twitter feuds himself. “Picking up trash on the side of a highway does not make amends for repeatedly striking a woman to her face and sending her to a hospital.”

“I just know that some day, somewhere, somehow, somebody will put Chris Brown exactly where he belongs. And it honestly doesn’t have to be me, I would just really like it to be.”

As you would expect, Brown responded to Punk’s video.

“@CMPunk the video u just posted was cute! It’s so funny how defensive u are,” tweeted the pot to the kettle. “…I really hope this 15 minutes of fame is paying you for the long run becuz music last forever! Wrestlers come and go according to ratings!”

Brown also tweeted #Notnopunks to his 8.1 million Twitter followers and managed to get the term trending nationally. He added “We got them #Notnopunks tshirts on deck!”

That’s when ESPN personality and CM Punk fan Michelle Beadle decided to join the party and address Brown.

How could they be so heartless??? WGCI’s Morning Riot thought it would be funny to have an impersonator call up their show this morning pretending to be Ray J, discussing the recent events surrounding Whitney Houston’s death. Well Ray J ain’t laughin’.

Our sources tell us the singer was highly offended by the inappropriate “interview” and is actually considering taking legal action against WGCI. The spoof included numerous references to the “Money Team” and at one point the Fake Ray J compares his work with Bobby Brown’s.

“He’s having a very difficult time dealing with Whitney’s death,” a friend told BOSSIP exclusively. “He’s not even doing interviews right now because he’s not in the right place for that. He has a book (“Death Of A Cheating Man”) that just came out on Valentine’s Day and he’s not even promoting that right now. It was an incredibly insensitive thing to do.”

The 162 guests — who flew to an exclusive Dominican Republican resort for the celebration — were informed at a welcoming party that the marriage was off, but did not receive any explanation why.”

Campbell has denied reports he left Montes at the altar, painting the decision as a mutual one.

Campbell, a first-round pick of the Redskins in 2005 — he came off the board right after Aaron Rodgers — spent the last two seasons with the Raiders. After a strong start in 2011, his year was cut short by a broken clavicle and Oakland’s subsequent decision to trade for Carson Palmer.

Bowman says he became close with the singer and was shocked by her erratic and self-destructive behavior.

He recalls, “She was smoking joints. A lot of them. Joint, after joint, after joint, you know, and then she would be talking to herself.”

He says Bobby Brown and Houston once accidently set fire to their limo while smoking crack.

“There were times I was worried my limo is going to be driving down the freeway and it’s going to explode,” said Bowman.

But perhaps most shocking of all was the day he claims Houston smoked crack in front of her daughter, Bobbi Kristina, then just seven years old.

Bowman blames Whitney’s ex-husband, Bobby Brown, for Houston’s descent into drug addiction.

Bowman said, “When she got together with him, he brought elements into her life that had previously not been there involving hard partying and drug use, excessive alcohol, lots of late hours.”

Once, he says, he witnessed Bobby Brown and Houston involved in a sexual encounter with another well-known female star in the back of his car.

“She was just in her bra and Bobby was sitting on the rear-facing seat, the jump seat in an eight-passenger limo, staring at the two hitting a crack pipe. It’s one of those memorable things you just don’t forget,” recalled Bowman.

Houston was such a mess at one point that 53-year-old Bowman said he tried to warn her she was killing herself with drugs. But she refused to heed his advice.

“She has reached that point where the drugs, I think, had gotten into her enough that she didn’t want to hear it from anybody. She just said, ‘Look, you can’t tell me this stuff. You’re just the limo driver,’ and she slammed the door and that’s the last time I ever talked to her,” said Bowman.

He said he was stunned when he was told the news his famous client had died exactly as he had warned her.
