Ciara is not here for the shade! Last night at the Billboard Music Awards, a “newbie” from MTV’s music account tried to reignite an old feud between Rihanna and Ciara. Well, Ciara, who was hosting the show, wasn’t here for it. Check out the exchange below, courtesy of The Shade Room:
