An off-court altercation made more news than the NBA preseason. Yesterday, the Internet found out that Matt Barnes allegedly confronted his former friend Derek Fisher about seeing his wife. The details are spilling as expected, and they’re pretty ugly, according to TMZ.
Barnes reportedly punched Fisher in the mouth when he made the unexpected visit. TMZ reports that Fisher fought back, and the two continued to fight even as Gloria and others in attendance tried to break it up. The way the fight ended is heartbreaking.
..the fighting didn’t stop until one of Matt’s children came into the backyard and begged the men to stop fighting. We’re told that pretty much ended things.
