Lil Wayne‘s alleged tour bus shooter, Jimmy Winfrey, doesn’t care about being a snitch. According to TMZ, he’s telling all on Birdman‘s involvement!
Winfrey claims in new court docs he shouldn’t be singled out for the crime. If he goes to jail, so should Birdman. Why? Because Birdman’s financial dispute with Lil Wayne is what led to the shooting back in April after leaving a club in Atlanta, so he claims.
Birdman has denied all allegations, but it’s contradictory to what the shooter claimed in the documents. Essentially, Winfrey said Birdman ordered the hit on Lil Wayne without actually coming out and calling him a hitman.
