Keith Ablow (pictured), psychiatrist, author, and resident Fox News blowhard who has taken more than his fair share of potshots at President Barack Obama, has now achieved a new low by striking out at First Lady Michelle Obama.  The news outlet’s contributor argued Tuesday that Mrs. Obama should not be an authority on healthy eating because “she needs to lose a few” herself, according to Politico.

A panel on Fox’s “Outnumbered” segment were discussing the First Lady’s mission, which centers around getting children to choose healthier fare, when the very smug and self-righteous Ablow made the comment, “How well can she be eating? She needs to drop a few.  Let’s be honest. We’re taking nutrition advice from who?” Several of the show’s panelists gasped and were taken aback upon hearing Ablow’s comments.  “You did not just say that,” panelist Harris Faulkner interjected. “Oh, my goodness. Are we on a seven-second delay?”

Watch the foolishness here:

After making his unflattering comment about the First Lady, Ablow then went on to actually “compliment” the President by saying that he would rather take nutrition advice from him instead.

The show’s host, Lisa “Kennedy” Montgomery (pictured) tried to soften Ablow’s, blow, by complimenting the First Lady on her “booty.”

The topic of the show centered around the federal school lunch program, and Ablow also voiced his displeasure about the use of vegetables in the program, stating, “Let’s be honest, I mean there’s no french fries ever. That’s all kale and carrots, I don’t buy it.”

Ablow has lambasted President Obama on various occasions in the past by claiming that he supports “big government” because his grandmother distrusted Black people. Another time he suggested the President is “ruining America’s children.”
